Our pigs raised in their natural habitat, enjoying the freedom on our 5 acre forest. Here they can find shade and mud or a sunny spot and they can dig around all day long. We raise our animals without the use of hormones or antibiotics as living in such an environment help them to remain healthy and happy. We complement their diet only with certified organic feed and fresh organic vegetables!

Half hog (side) or Whole hog will be available in November.
Our standard cuts are:
tenderloin, ham, spare ribs, pork chops, ham steak, shoulder roast, butt roast, pork hock, ground pork and bacon slabs are included in the price of $9/lbs.
The usual weight of a side is around 75-80lbs.
Packaging options and prices:
Option 1
Whole hog, paper pack
$9/lbs
Option 2
Whole hog, vacuum pack
$10/lbs
For half hog (side of pork) orders please add $0.50/lbs per option.
Also note that smoking is not included in the price!
Smoking is extra at $5.5/lbs which will work out about $100 per hog ($50 per side) for naturally smoked and sliced bacon.
Of course you can add any other cuts to your smoking order such as ham and hock etc.
