Addison Gardens is an organic farm in Addison, Ontario owned and operated by Zoltan Sara and Eszter Papp.
Our farming practices go beyond the organic standard to grow chemical free, safe produce while protecting the environment we all live in and love.
We offer fresh seasonal vegetables and eggs from our pastured, organically and probiotically fed hens at our farm stand, at farmers' markets and in CSA baskets. Our produce is available along the Brockville-Smith Falls-Carleton Place-Ottawa stretch.

Our story
After years of planning and preparing, we finally took the leap and established Addison Gardens Organic Farm in 2018 on 14 picturesque acres just outside Addison, Ontario to start an organic market garden.
Half of the land was used as a hay field and the other half was and still is a wooded area, creating a nice balance between agricultural land and nature. Our current vegetable garden and hoop-houses sit on about 2 acres, a creek and a pond provides water for irrigation and offers habitat for many creatures, including frogs, mud-puppies and the occasional grey heron.
We are committed to grow delicious vegetables and fruits on our farm in a responsible way. The sentiment we live by is to leave the world in a better shape than we found it. On our farm, we realize this by practicing land stewardship, sustainable and organic farming methods. As we constantly learn about modern farming best practices our land will keep evolving, our products and the land will keep improving.
Territory AcknowledgmentLong before we came to live here there have been aboriginal peoples who have been the stewards of this land. We are grateful for the opportunity to call this land home and we thank all the generations of people who have taken care of this land for thousands of years. We recognize the historic connection of the Omamiwininiwak, Huron-Wendat, and Haudenosaunee, and Anishinabewaki peoples to this land and and respect their contributions to shaping our country.
